广西猪乙型脑炎血清流行病学调查分析

摘    要:【目的】了解广西地区猪乙型脑炎(JE)的感染情况及流行态势,为制定广西猪群JE监测和防控体系提供参考依据。【方法】2008~2010年,采集广西边境14市未经JE疫苗免疫的2597份猪血清,采用LAT检测乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)血清抗体,并对不同区域、季节和年龄段等猪群JE流行状况进行分析。【结果】广西受检猪群JEV血清抗体平均阳性率为60.65%;感染率以桂南地区最高(72.15%),桂北地区最低(35.71%);夏秋季节(5~11月)是主要流行季节,平均JEV血清抗体阳性率达70.67%,3~4月仅为26.75%;2008~2010年,猪群JEV血清抗体阳性率总体呈上升趋势。【结论】广西受检猪群JE感染较普遍,有一定的地域性及季节性,且感染率呈逐年上升趋势。猪是JEV重要的贮存宿主及传染源,应采取有效的监测与防控措施,杜绝猪JE的流行传播。

Abstract:Objective]The present study was undertaken to investigate the infected situation of swine Japanese B encephalitis (JE) in Guangxi and to provide a basis for its prevention and control. Method]During 2008-2010, 2597 serum samples from swine (without JE vaccination) were collected from 14 cities of Guangxi for detection of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) antibodies using latex agglutination test (LAT) method. The JE prevalent situation of swine population in different regions, seasons and ages were also analyzed. Result]The results showed 60.65% of average positive rate in samples collected from 14 cities. The highest JE infection rate (72.15%) in swine population was recorded in southern part, while it was the lowest (35.71%) in the northern parts of Guangxi. The most incidences of infected seasons of swine JE were found in summer and autumn with the average positive rate of JEV serum antibody 70.67%, while in March and April it was only 26.75%. The positive rate of swine JEV serum antibody showed an increase trend year by year from 2008 to 2010. Conclusion]The results revealed that swine JE infection in Guangxi was widespread and showed regionalism and seasonality. The trend showed an enhancement in its spread year by year, therefore, proper control and preventive measures should be taken into account.
