盐对柚幼苗的胁迫效应分析

摘    要:以坪山柚为材料,研究了盐对坪山柚幼苗的胁迫效应。结果表明:40mmol/LNaCl胁迫30d,坪山柚幼苗受害症状轻,幼苗生长受影响小;80~200mmol/LNaCl胁迫30d,随NaCl浓度提高,坪山柚幼苗受害症状逐渐加重,幼苗株高、叶面积、地上部干重和根部干重明显降低。不同浓度NaCl胁迫20d,坪山柚幼苗根及地上部Na+,Cl-,甜菜碱质量分数增加,K+质量分数及K+/Na+质量比下降。NaCl胁迫影响坪山柚幼苗生长与Na+和Cl-大量积累有关。NaCl胁迫下,维持相对稳定的根与冠干重比、保持根K+与Na+质量比>1及根部具有较高的甜菜碱含量,是坪山柚幼苗耐盐胁迫的一种适应。

Abstract:Seven-day-old seedlings of pomelo (Citrus grandis Osbeck cv. Pingshanyou) were treated with 0-200 mmol/L NaCl for 30 days. Seedling height, leaf area, shoot and root dry weight, and Na , Cl-, K and glycinebetaine contents were investigated in 20 or 30 days after treatment. Results showed that the leaves of Pingshanyou pomelo had slight visible injuries and that the growth of the seedlings was not affected under 40 mmol/L of NaCl. The injury symptoms of the seedlings were aggravated, and the seedling plant height, leaf area, shoot and root dry weight decreased drastically with the increase of the NaCl concentration (80~200 mmol/L). The contents of Na , Cl- and glycinebetaine increased both in the roots and in the above ground parts of Pingshanyou pomelo seedlings, while the contents of K and the ratio of K /Na decreased under different NaCl concentration stress. The effect of NaCl stress on the growth of Pingshanyou pomelo seedling was related with the accumulation of Na and Cl-. Maintaining relative stable ratio of root to shoot, K /Na >1 and higher contents of glycinebetaine in roots under NaCl stress was an adaptability of Pingshan pomelo seedling.
