摘    要:为了探究NaCl溶液对紫荆木种子的萌发作用,对紫荆木种子进行NaCl胁迫试验,研究紫荆木种子在不同NaCl浓度下的萌发情况,为其适生环境的选择提供理论依据。试验结果表明:种子萌发受胁迫影响极其显著,无浓度(0mmol/L)和低浓度(50mmol/L)条件下最适合种子萌发;浓度高低会对开始发芽时间、最大出芽量、从萌发到出现最大出芽量间隔的时间产生影响。浓度越高,开始发芽时间、最大出芽量出现时间越往后推迟,间隔时间越短,最大出芽量越低。

Abstract:In order to explore NaCl solution' s germination function on the seeds, a stress experiment of NaC1 was conducted to study the seed's germination in different NaC1 concentration so as to provide theoretical basis for the selection of optimum living environment. The experimental results show that the stress impact on seed germination is extra obvious, the conditions of 0mmol/L and 50mmol/L are optimum for seed germina- tion. The concentration can impact germination beginning time, maximum germination amount and the inter- val between germination beginning and maximum germination. Higher NaC1 concentration means later get- ruination beginning time, later occurring time of maximum germination amount, shorter interval and lower maximum germination amount.
