| 摘 要： | 本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法即以甲醇 +水 +冰乙酸为流动相 ,C18 柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定苯菌·福美可湿性粉剂中的苯菌灵和福美双 ,结果表明苯菌灵和福美双的标准偏差分别为0.092、0.065;变异系数分别为0.45%、0.31% ;回收率分别为100.2%、99.4% ,线性相关系数为0.9994,0.9996。

| Abstract: | It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of 40% benomyl and thiran WP by reverse phase HPLC, using methanol water acetic acid (60:40:0.1)as mobile phase,using C18 column and ultraviolt detector.The results showed that the standard deviation for benomyl and thiran are 0.092 and 0.065,the variation coeffricient are 0.45% and 0.31%,the average recovery are 100.2%and 99.4%,linear correlation are 0.9994 and 0.9996. |
