摘    要:以鹅掌楸属植物正反交2个组合为材料,利用DDRT-PcR技术,研究其在不同生长发育阶段基因表达的差异.结果表明:2组合总条带表达数都是在生长旺盛期最大,休眠期次之,萌动期最小.杂种鹅掌楸H×M和BM×J的双亲共沉默型(Ⅰ)、杂种特异表达型(Ⅱ)在不同生长时期均存在极显著差异.而单亲表达一致型(Ⅲ)、单亲表达沉默型(Ⅳ)...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study gene expression differences of the reciprocal crosses of Liriodendron during different growth and development stages by DDRT-PCR.Results showed that the total band quantities of the both crosses were the largest in the vigorous stage,followed by the dormant stage and budding stage in order.There were significant differences in type-Ⅰ(bands present in only parents) and type-Ⅱ(bands present in only both hybrids) of Liriodendron hybrids H×M and BM×J among different growth and development stages,but there were no significant differences in type-Ⅲ(bands present in both hybrids and one parent) and type-Ⅳ(bands present in only one parent) of Liriodendron hybrids H×M and BM×J.Significant differences in differential gene expression patterns(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) of Liriodendron hybrids H×M and BM×J were observed among budding stage,vigorous stage and dormant stage.
