金叶风箱果和紫叶风箱果的抗寒性

摘    要:以风箱果属的2种彩叶树种金叶风箱果、紫叶风箱果的1年生离体休眠枝条为试材对其抗寒适应性进行研究.采用人工低温冷冻法,对其1年生休眠枝的电导率、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、POD酶活性等生理指标进行测定分析.得出金叶风箱果半致死温度为-42.1℃,紫叶风箱果半致死温度为-43.8℃,紫叶风箱果的抗寒性略强于金叶风箱果,与恢复...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the cold resistances of Physocarpus opulifolius 'Lutein' and P.opulifolius 'Summer Wine',by using one-year-old detached dormant branches of the two species as research objects.Relative electrical conductivity,soluble protein content,free proline content and POD enzyme activity of one-year-old dormant branches were measured after being frozen at low temperatures.The semilethal temperatures(LT50) of P.opulifolius 'Lutein' and P.opulifolius 'Summer Wine' were 42.1 degrees C...
