摘    要:为研究黄檗树龄和性别与其组成抗性的关系,分别对2个树龄等级的黄檗雌、雄叶片内6种重要的防御蛋白PAL、PPO、CAT、POD、SOD和TI活性进行分析。结果表明,树龄及性别对6种蛋白的活性影响差异均显著(p<0.05)。2个不同树龄的雌株PAL、PPO、CAT、POD和SOD的活性均显著高于雄株(p<0.01),而雌株TI的活性显著低于雄株(p<0.05);不同树龄之间PAL、PPO、CAT、POD、SOD和TI的活性差异均显著(p<0.05)。说明黄檗树龄和性别对其防御蛋白有直接影响。
