摘    要:采用森林水文学、陆地水文学及3S技术原理与方法,基于遥感影像NDVI指数与水文学模型参数的关联,构建森林植被覆盖率与洪水淹没耦合关系模型,计算了现状和高植被覆盖率情景下潖江滞洪区可能出现的洪水灾害.当潖江口分洪百年一遇洪水时,70%植被覆盖率情景与现状条件相比,淹没面积减少32.8%,农业损失减少40%,固定资产投资减...
