Abstract:Full-length cDNA of Thioredoxin Peroxidase Gene(Prx1) was cloned from Tamarix hispida.To investigate the stress tolerance of PRX1 from T.hispida(ThPrx1),the recombinant plasmid designated as pYES2-ThPrx1 was constructed by inserting the ThPrx1 gene into the yeast expression vector pYES2.The plasmid pYES2-ThPrx1 was transformed into the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae,and the yeast transformed with empty pYES2 was used as the control.The recombinant yeast harboring ThPrx1 and the control yeast harboring empty...
