设施栽培欧李光合特性的研究

摘    要:以欧李3号为试材,对设施内外及露地条件下欧李的光合特性进行了研究,并对影响欧李光合速率的有关生理因素及环境因素进行了综合分析。结果表明:设施栽培条件下,欧李3号叶绿素含量增加;欧李3号净光合速率日变化均呈明显的双峰型曲线。设施条件下净光合速率分别于9:00、15:00达到高峰,分别为19.989、.59μmol/(m2.s)。而在露地,光合速率分别于10:00、15:00达到高峰,且其值明显低于设施内。综合分析各因素认为:欧李设施栽培时应避免湿度大幅度下降而导致的光合速率下降。

Abstract:The Chinese Dwarf Cherry No.3 was used as experimental material to study the photosynthetic characteristics of mature leaf inside and outside greenhouse.Moreover,the factors influencing photosynthetic rate were analyzed.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of Chinese dwarf cherry was increased in greenhouse.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) showed two peak pattern.Pn reached maximum at 9:00 and 15:00 in greenhouse,which was 19.98 μmol/(m~2·s) and 9.59 μmol/(m~2·s),respectively,whereas,in field,Pn reached maximum at 10:00 and 15:00,respectively and the value was lower.All the results indicated that the decreases of photosynthetic rate in greenhouse which induced by the decreases of atmospheric relative humidity should be avoided.
