摘    要:主要阐述内燃机蒸汽喷射节能的机理,从理论上分析了喷入过热水蒸气后的燃烧过程中,水蒸气的化学离解作用、抑制爆震作用和提高内燃机热效率的依据。

Abstract:Themainobjective of this paper is to study the reasons for energy saving when watervapour is jetted into an internal combustion engine. Theinfluence of jetting watervapour onthe thermodynamic cycle of gasoline engines is analysed theoretically.The formulation ofthermal efficiency on the thermodynamic cycle of the engine is establishe Authors have de-veloped a new type of fuel saving equipment with jetting steam. Research analysis and experiment have proved that jetting steam can not improve the econ-omy and power of the engine under the condition that the compression ratio is not varied. But jetting steam can improve resist rough combustion ability of the gasoline , So the com-pression ratio can be increased. Therefore the thermal efficiency of the engine can be in-creased. The mechanism is that superheated steam absorbs heat when it is dissociated so thatsome heat points in the cylinders are cooled, and it also dilutes combustion gases so as to re-duce chemical reaction rate and restrain rough combustion. In addition, jetting steam can al-so reduce emission pollution of the engine. Engine testing and automobile road experimenthave proved that the engine can save fuel over 6,provided the compression ratio is inc-creased from 7 to 8.
