| 摘 要： | 申请采伐许可证时,必须提交伐区调查设计或有关采伐目的、地点、林种、林况、面积、蓄积、方式和更新措施等内容的文件,这是有关森林采伐法规的规定。但是目前在毛竹林采伐中尚未执行这一规定。针对这一状况,以安吉县为例分析了由此直接产生的诸如限额分配不合理、被采伐的林分与采伐证不能对应检查等问题。要使毛竹林采伐合法化、科学化、必须在核发采伐证前搞好采伐调查设计。根据有关法规要求和实际工作情况,初步拟出了毛竹采伐设计表。

| Abstract: | Before cutting in forest, it's necessary to apply for cutting licence with purpose, place, tree species, area, stock, method, regeneration measures, etc.. But this principal is not put into effect for Phyllostachys pubescens forest. Therefore, analysis on problems like unrational distribution of quota etc. indicated that investigation and plan should be carried out before issue of licence. According to some regulations and practical experience, cutting plan table was proposed. |
