摘    要:以农大108为试材,用不同剂型种衣剂处理玉米种子,考察了种子萌发过程中淀粉酶和抗逆代谢有关的酶活性的变化以及生长特性。试验结果表明:种衣剂能明显延缓种子的萌发。经过低温逆境后,种衣剂能提高种子的发芽率,增大根冠比,壮苗,并且通过增强过氧化物酶活性,降低丙二醛含量诱导玉米苗体产生潜在的抗性抑制膜质过氧化作用。田间试验结果表明,种衣剂并不影响玉米的最终产量。

Abstract:Regulations of amylase at seed germination and the activity of some enzyme of maize variety--Nongda 108 that was related to plant resistance under stress environment and growth characteristics of maize seedling were studied with different seed-coatings. The results indicated that the treatments with different seed- coatings could delay the sucking time. A significant increasing of germination percentage, root-cap,growth vigor were observed in seed- coating after low temperature,and by increasing activity of peroxidase (POD) and reducing the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) the resistant membrane lipid peroxidation with latent antibody was induced.Result of yield statistics indicated that seed-coating had no effect on grain yield.
