耐冬山茶杂交育种初探

摘    要:为探讨耐冬山茶杂交育种亲和性,培育适宜中国北方地区生长的山茶新品种。采用常规杂交育种方法,以耐冬山茶为母本,设计36个杂交组合进行试验。结果表明,28个杂交组合可以结实,不同杂交组合结果率存在一定差异,种间杂交结果率高于品种。浙江红山茶、多齿红山茶、南山茶、埃尔克西朱瑞、舞台新秀、公正评奖团、红荣耀、狂想曲与耐冬山茶有较高的亲和性。杂交果实结实指数及种子质量均低于对照耐冬种子。

Abstract:Naidong Camellia (Camellia japonica L.) is a potential germplasm resource for breeding cold-resistant cultivar. The test of crossbreeding was designed with 36 cross-combinations of male parents including 4 species and 32 cultivars. The results show that the rate of fruit bearing between different cross-combinations was different. Three species and five cultivars have higher hybridization compatibility with Naidong Camellia. Hybrid seed index and quality are worse than those of the Naidong Camellia seed.
