摘    要:乳酸菌作为人和动物体内的正常菌群,具有诸多益生功能,因此被广泛应用于轻工、食品、医药及饲料工业等许多行业上。乳酸菌的遗传转化是限制对其遗传操作的关键因素之一,本文结合电转化原理,综述了乳酸菌电转化条件的优化指标。

Abstract:As normal flora,lactic acid bacteria(LAB) have many probiotic functions for human and animals,so lactic acid bacteria is widely used in light industry,food, medical,feed industries and other profession.One of the genetic manipulation restriction factors in lactic acid bacteria strains is the efficient and reproducible transformation method. The paper generals the conditions optimization of electrotransformation of Lactic acid bacteria has been combined the principle of electrotrans-formation.
