摘    要:以B475、B476、B323和B523 4个不同类型的甘蓝自交系为试材,研究了低温预处理、取材部位对甘蓝花药愈伤组织诱导培养的影响。结果表明,在花药培养前对花蕾进行4℃低温预处理0、1、2、3、4、5 d共6个处理中,4个甘蓝基因型均在低温预处理3 d时愈伤组织的诱导率较高,分别为42.77%、59.40%、71.80%和54.06%;对4个材料在同一生长时期不同部位的花蕾进行培养,花药愈伤组织诱导无显著差异。

Abstract:Using genotypes B475,B476,B323 and B523 of cabbage(Brassica oleracea var.capitata)as the materials,the effects of lower temperature pretreatment and material positions on inducing callus of cabbage anther culture were studied.The results show that in the six treatments of fresh materials and with lower temperature pretreatment of 0,1,2,3,4,5 d,pretreating the four genotypes for 3 days had the highest induction frequency,and they are 42.77%,59.40%,71.80% and 54.06%,respectively.Materials gotten from different positions of the same plant at the same growth period had no significant influences on the induction culture.
