| 摘 要： | 循环农业就是把循环经济理念应用于农业系统,在农业生产过程中和产品生命周期中减少资源、物质的投入量和减少废物的产生排放量,实现农业经济和生态效益双赢。目前河北省农业的发展面临严峻的挑战,资源不足,环境污染严重,农业可持续发展能力低,进一步调整农业产业结构的难度加大,而发展循环农业则是河北省农业结构调整的必由出路。
