藏药抱茎獐牙菜叶片色素及紫外吸线收物质含量的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨抱茎獐牙菜对高原强紫外线辐射的生理适应特征。方法]以藏药植物抱茎獐牙菜为研究材料,测定抱茎獐牙菜叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及紫外线吸收物质的含量,研究了在高原强紫外线辐射下抱茎獐牙菜的生理适应性。结果]同一生境下野生抱茎獐牙菜叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量低于栽培抱茎獐牙菜,而野生抱茎獐牙菜叶片中类胡萝卜素和紫外线吸收物质的含量高于栽培抱茎獐牙菜。高海拔野生抱茎獐牙菜叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素及紫外线吸收物质的含量均高于低海拔野生抱茎獐牙菜。结论]类胡萝卜素和紫外线吸收物质的积累,有利于抱茎獐牙菜对高原强紫外线辐射的适应。

Abstract:The aim of the research was to discuss the physiological adaptation characteristics of Swertia franchetiana H.Smith to the strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.With Tibetan medicine plant S.franchetiana as research materials,the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid and ultraviolet absorption substances in S.franchetiana were determined to study the physical adaptability of S.franchetiana under strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.Under the same environment,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total content of chlorophyll in the leaves of wild S.franchetiana were lower than that in the cultivated,the contents of carotenoid and ultraviolet absorption substances were higher than that of the cultivated.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total content of chlorophyll,carotenoid and ultraviolet absorption substances in the leaves of wild S.franchetiana in high altitude areas were all higher than those in low altitude areas.The accumulation of carotenoid and ultraviolet absorption substances in S.franchetiana was favorable for its adaptability to strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.
