| 摘 要： | 本文探索了在额济纳绿洲 ,PH值为 8.55～ 9.0 2 ,地下水埋深 1 .5m的土壤条件下 ,新疆杨硬枝扦插技术及其效果 ,扦插成活率高达 85.81 %。分析认为采用 2 % TC保水剂和 3%的抗旱剂处理插穗效果不明显 ,而采用 1 0 0 ppm ABT1号处理 2 0小时效果为最好 ,比对照提高54.1 2 % ;插穗直径在 0 .8～ 2 .0 cm范围内 ,扦插效果没有明显差异。并分析了覆膜扦插效果不好的原因与技术改进方面。

| Abstract: | This paper exper explores the reproduction technology and effect with woodened branch cuttings of populus alba L. var. pyramidalis Bunge in Ejina oasis, on the condition of the soil that PH is about 9, and the deepth of ground water level is 1.5m. The survival rate is up to 85.81%. The analyzed results show that: Soaking the cuttings in TC 2% and DCD 3% have no obvious effects ,but in ABT 100ppm for 20hours has a better effect and can increase the survival rate by 54.12%;When the cuttings diameters are in the extent of 0.8 2.0cm, they almost have same effects. The causes that the effect of grow seedlings is not good after covering with plastic film are analyzed and some details of technical improvement are suggested. |
