NO3^- -N/NH4^+ -N配比对小白菜硝酸盐积累及其品质的影响

摘    要:利用NO3^- -N:NH+^4 -N为10.0:0(A),5.0:5.0(B)和2.5:7.5(C)0:10(D)四种配比的营养液对小白菜品种进行水培试验,结果表明:不同的NO3^- -N/NH4^+ -N配比对不同品种小白菜的硝酸盐含量及其品质等有着显著的影响,同一氮源培养下不同的小白菜品种间也表现出显著的差异;供试小白菜品种叶绿素SPAD值随着培养液中铵态氮比例的增大而增大;供试的小白菜品种的硝酸盐积累量随着铵态氮比例的增加而下降,而Vc、可溶相糖的含量增加,表明适当地配施铵态氮较纯硝态氮营养液培养小白菜能获得较低的硝酸盐积累量和良好的品质。

Abstract:Chinese cabbages were hydroponically cultured with four different ratios between NO3^- -N and NH4^+ - N, i. e. , 10.0: 0(A) ,5.0: 5.0(B) ,2. 5:7.5 (C) and 0:10 (D). The result showed that different NO3^- - N/NH4^+ - N ratios had a great effect on the nitrate content and quality of Chinese cabbages. In the same nitrogen source, the difference was also significant among the different cultivars. The chlorophyll content of the cabbages increased with the increasing NO3^- - N/NH4^+ - N ratio. The nitrate content of Chinese cabbages decreased significantly with the increasing of NO3^- - N/NH4^+ - N ratio, but the Vc and solubility sugar content increased. The result showed that a properNO3^- - N/NH4^+ - N ratio could increase quality and decrease the nitrate content of Chinese cabbages.
