| 摘 要： | 奶牛weaver综合症（奶中进行性脑脊髓退化症）是一种隐性遗传疾病，与产奶性能密切相关。文中综述了奶牛weaver综合征的主要病症、检测方法、weaver基因的研究进展以及从weaver基因入手检测奶牛产奶性能QTL（数量性状座位）的进展情况。

| Abstract: | Cattle weaver syndrome (cattle progressive degenerative myelecoencephalophy, PDME) is a recessive genetic disease which is related to cattle milk production. The typical characteristic and detection method of weaver syndrome, research progresses on weaver gene and the detection of Lactation QTL linked with weaver gene were reviewed. |
