| Abstract: | Main species,harm,symptoms and transmission of sweet potato virus,the biological principle and the research advances in sweet potato Meristem Tip Culture for virus-free were reviewed.Techniques of tip culture,virus monitory and rapid propagation of virus-free sweet potato were introduced in detail.It also discussed the mechanism of yield increase and application perspective of sweet potato with virus-free. |
