| 摘 要： | 大型翻斗车的举升系统广泛采用液压式,一般由举升油泵、举升缸、举升油箱、操纵与控制阀、油管路和车厢等组成。正常情况下举升车厢时,油液经举升控制阀后供给举升缸,实现车厢的举升,最后油液经回油细滤器回到油箱。由于在使用中存在严重超载、偏载、使用方法不当、维修养护不及时、运行环境恶劣等情况,会引发举升系统一些故障。这些故障直接影响了车辆的运输功能、自卸功能乃至行车安全。所以,故障出现时必须及时诊断和排除。文章以大型翻斗车为例介绍举升系统常见故障产生的原因及处理办法。

| Abstract: | The large dump truck lifting system widely used in hydraulic,and general composition of the lift pump,lifting cylinder,lifting the tank,manipulation and control valves,piping,and compartments.Lifting compartment under normal circumstances,the fluid through the lifting of the control valve supply lifting cylinder to achieve the lifting of the carriage,the final oil fine filter through the oil return to tank.Will lead to the lifting system failure due to severe overloading,partial load,incorrect use,repair and maintenance in a timely manner,the harsh operating environment in use.These failures directly affect the transport function of the vehicle,dump functions,and even the traffic safety.So,the fault appears to be timely diagnosis and exclusion.The following article large dump trucks,for example about the causes and treatment of the common faults of the lift system. |
