摘    要:水资源短缺使得各国对再生水回用日益重视。通过回顾国内外对再生水利用的研究结论和实践,阐释了再生水回用对水资源循环利用的重要意义。构建了费用效益计算公式,并分析了再生水回用环境经济效益。以重庆市为例,利用构建的公式,结合重庆市的实际分析了该市再生水回用环境经济效益。结果表明,重庆市大部分行业再生水利用率极低,有一定的提高潜力,需从水价调整,转变经济发展方式等方面入手,全面提高再生水利用效益。

Abstract:The reclaimed water is becoming more and more important in the most countries owing to the increasingly urgent water crisis.This study addressed the important significance of the reclaimed water and developed an environmental-economic benefit formula on the reclaimed water based on critical reviews on domestic and international theories and practices of water recycling.Exampled by Chongqing City,we calculated the concerned indices according to the statistical data.We also analyzed the environmental economic benefits of recycled water reuse.The results show that the recycled water reuse rate was extremely low and had great potentials to improve.We should improve water use efficiency in practices,such as adjusting the price of water,and converting the patterns of economic growth.
