| 摘 要： | 建立保定市农村居民点整理潜力评价指标体系，为促进农村居民点整理、合理划分整理区片和安排整理项目提供参考。以保定市22个县（市）为研究区，通过构建包括自然因素、社会因素和经济因素3个方面9个指标的农村居民点整理潜力评价分级指标体系，采用因素成对比较法确定指标权重，利用统计分析法计算出各县综合分值。根据综合分值将保定市各县（市）居民点整理划分为三个级别区。结果表明:保定市农村居民点用地面积较大，整理潜力大且居民点整理呈现出不同的地区特点。将综合分值区间是0.6，1]的划分为Ⅰ级区，经济发达，人口众多，整理潜力最大；0.3，0.6]为Ⅱ级区区位于平原区，整理难度较低，潜力较大；0.0，0.3]为Ⅲ级区位于西北部山区的Ⅲ级区受自然因素，经济发展相对落后，整理难度较大，整理潜力最小。通过建立农村居民点整理潜力评价指标体系，有利于合理划分整理区片和安排整理项目；各区应因地制宜地制定居民点整理策略。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to establish the evaluation classification indicator system of rural residential land consolidation potential in Baoding City in order to provide certain references to promote rational division and arrangement of rural residential land consolidation projects in Baoding City.The employed method is that 22 counties in Baoding City were selected as the study area to build rural residential land consolidation potentiality evaluation index system of grading including natural factors,social and economic 3 factors 9 indicators.Paired comparison method is employed to determine the index weight,and statistical analysis method is employed to calculate the comprehensive scores.The results indicated rural residential land consolidation potential was divided into three levels,according to the composite score of Baoding City.It is concluded that rural residential land area and consolidation potential are larger in Baoding City and the rural residential land consolidation showed different characteristics of the region.The gradeⅠarea(the scores between 0.6 and 1) economy is developed and population is large,whose consolidation potential is the largest;The grade Ⅱ area(the scores between 0.3 and 0.6) in the plain area has less difficulty in and larger potential;The grade Ⅲ(the scores between 0 and 0.3) area in the northwestern mountains due to natural factor,economy is relatively backward,and consolidation has more difficulty and potential is the smallest.The establishment of rural residential land consolidation potential evaluation index system is conducive to rational division compiled collation district and arrangements;And different strategies should be adapted in different counties. |
