| Abstract: | Under the background of the construction of central plains economic area,there are some problems to be solved in Henan colleges about English teachers.Through the establishment of construction planning,the use of multimedia teaching meanings,the establishment of performance evaluation mechanism and strengthening business training,the team building of college English teachers can be strengthened. |
