亚麻籽脱皮关键技术研究

摘    要:研究了影响亚麻籽脱皮与分离的因素及效果。试验表明,对亚麻籽在140℃的脱皮前烘烤处理,当亚麻籽的含水量小于4%,脱皮机转速为2000~3000r/m时,脱皮率和粉末度比较适宜;在静电6000~11000V、静电吸附面与皮仁混合物在距离3~5cm时,对亚麻籽皮的吸附效果较好;在传输带上,皮仁混合物铺得越均匀越薄时的分离效果越好,在最佳的分离状态下,亚麻籽仁、皮的分离效果可达到皮中含仁率<1%,仁中含皮率<3%。

Abstract:The factors and effectiveness of affecting the flaxseed shell-exuviating and hull-kernel separation were investigated in this paper. It was found that the ratio of shell-exuviating and the quantity of powder were adequate under the treatments of roast on 140 ℃,the moisture of flaxseed lower than 4% and the revolution of shell-exuviating machine between 2 000 to 3 000 r/m. The adsorption of electrostatic to the hulls of flaxseed was perfect under the condition of electrostatic between 6 000 to 11 000 V,and the range of electrostatic adsorption level to the hull-kernel mixture between 3 to 5 cm,the more well-distributed and thinner of the hull-kernel mixture on the conveyer belt,the more well-separated. For the best separation,the ratio of kernel in the hull was lower than 1%,and the ratio of hull in the kernel was lower than 3%.
