| 摘 要： | 阐述了灵芝多糖的理化性质、提取方法、影响提取率的因素及其应用效果。其提取方法主要有水提醇沉法和膜分离法。试验表明，灵芝多糖在抗肿瘤及免疫调节等方面具有显著的医药作用，并有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Partial of physio-chemical characters,methodology of extraction,fac to rs involved in extract-yield and application of ganoderma amylose were discuss ed.Major methods for extracting ganoderma amylose are extraction with water and sedimentation with alcohol,and sepa-ration with memberane.It was indicated t hat the ganoderma amylose has a significant effects of anti-tumor and may pla y a role on adjusting immunity.It seems more potential on practice application . |
