| 摘 要： | 基于多层前向人工神经网络理论，通过GA-BP混合算法，使用黄河上游兰州水文站45年实测降雨和径流序列资料，建立了降雨—径流预测的GA-BP神经网络模型。研究表明，仅用预报前时段的降雨和径流作为输入，来实现下时段的径流预测，其预报精度较差，但在预报期内有一定精度的降雨预报输入时，所建模型对下时段的径流预测，与传统的统计建模方法相比，预报精度较高，能较好地反映黄河上游区的降雨—径流规律，可应用于实际需要。
