摘    要:柴油机在正常工作时,排出的废气应当是无色或者是很浅的灰色,肉眼几乎看不见。如果柴油机运转负荷、转速等发生变化,或出现某些故障,都将使柴油机缸内燃烧条件恶化,导致排气冒烟颜色异常。根据多年实践经验,总结出通过观察废气颜色的变化来判断和分析故障原因的方法,并提出解决措施。

Abstract:The tail gas should be no-color or fresh gray while a diesel is working normally. If the load or the rotary velocity is changing, or some faults occurs, it will come that the flaming condition turns terrible, the color of the tail gas turns abnormal. Base on the many years experiments, we found an method which decide and analyzes the reason through observing the color of the tail gas, and the steps to get rid of the faults.
