摘    要:在非水相体系下的有机溶剂介质和无介质系统中,以苦杏仁苷酶为生物催化剂,合成了两种芳香醇基葡萄糖苷,对合成产物进行了质谱鉴定。定量分析结果表明,非水相体系下,无介质环境下合成芳香醇基葡萄糖苷的得率是有机溶剂(乙腈)介质下产率的4.1~5.6倍。在马铃薯葡萄糖培养基(PDA)上进行的体外抑菌试验结果表明,苯甲醇和苯乙醇对茶云纹叶枯病致病菌都具有明显的抑制作用,其中,苯乙醇的抑制作用较好,EC50为0.71μL/mL,MIC为1.8μL/mL;苯甲醇的抑制作用相对较弱,EC50为0.72μL/mL,MIC为2.4μL/mL。培养基中含有5-40mg/mL苯甲醇基β-葡萄糖苷时,对茶云纹叶枯病致病菌均表现出明显的抑菌活性。

Abstract:With the almondβ-glucosidase as the bio-catalyst, aryl alcoholic glucosides were biosynthesized under two non-aquaous phases with or without organic reaction medium. The resulting products were preliminarily purified and identified by LC-MS. As the result, the reaction yields performed without organic media was 4.1-5.6 times higher than that with organic medium (acetonitrile). In vitro antifungal assays were performed in Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) culture medium, benzyl alcohol and phenylethanol exhibited antifungal activities against Colletotrichum Camelliae Massee obviously. Phenylethanol shown stronger antifungal activity with the EC50 of 0.71μL/mL and a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1.8μL/mL. As for benzyl alcohol, the EC50 and MIC were 0.72μL/mL and 0.5μL/mL respectively. Benzylβ-glucoside also exhibited antifungal activities against Colletotrichum Cam elliae Massee obviously with concentrations from 5 mg /mL to 40 mg /mL in PDA culture medium.
