乙醇与微波技术提取荷叶黄酮类物质的工艺研究

摘    要:以荷叶为试材,采用正交设计试验方法对荷叶黄酮类物质用乙醇与微波法进行提取,试验结果表明,影响荷叶黄酮乙醇提取因素由强到弱顺序为pH值〉乙醇浓度〉料液比,得出比较优势组合为料液比1:30,乙醇浓度65%,pH值6。在微波法中影响荷叶黄酮提取效果各因素顺序为微波功率〉pH值〉微波处理时间,而得出比较优势组合则为pH值7,微波功率406W,微波加热时间40s。从时间与成本等方面考虑微波法很值得推广采用。

Abstract:Be to try material with the lotus leaves, adopted orthogonality to design by testing that method were extracted ethanol to flavonoids and microwave power. The results indicated that effects of lotus leaves flavonoids ethanol extraction factor strongly from to the weak by pH value>ethanol density>material fluid compared to, the superior were obtained as follows:Adding 30 times water as much as lotus leaves in ethanol density 65% for pH 6. Affected the lotus leaves flavonoids extraction effect various factors order in the microwave method was: microwave power>pH value>microwave process time, but obtained the experimental superiority combination was: pH 7, microwave power 406 W, the microwave heating time 40 s. Considering with aspects as time and cost, the microwave method is worth promoting to use very much.
