摘    要:茶黄蓟马(Scirtothrips dorsalis)Hood是华南茶树上的重要害虫。一年可发生10—11代。5—10月份,11—21天便可完成一代,虫口高峰出现在9—10月,无明显越冬,成虫寿命7—25天,若虫期1—2龄4—10天,预蛹和蛹期2—6天;每雌产卵量平均35—62粒。成虫活跃,无趋光性,对黄色板和绿色板有正趋性。大叶种茶树虫口数量较多。少雨、干燥有利此虫发生。及时分批采摘和用高效灭百可或速灭杀丁6000倍液、喹硫磷1000倍液、水胺硫磷1500倍液对防治本虫有较好效果。

Studies on the Biology of Tea Yellow Thrips (Scirtothrips Dorsalis Hood) and Its Control
Abstract:The tea yellow thrips (Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood) is one of the most important insect pests of tea in Guangdong Province. It has 10—11 generations per year in Guangzhou. The generations are overlapping in the field condition.The duration of life cycle is about 11 to 21 days. from May to October. The papulation rapidly increase in the late September and October. It is overwintered with the larval, adult and pupal stage. The adults are non-phototropic.The longevity of adults varies from 7 to 25 days. The duration of the egg stage is 5—8 days, the larval stage 4—10 days, the pupal stage 2—6 days.One female lays about 35—62 eggs. In addition to tea, Citrus, grapes, Acacia confusa have been found to be host plants of this thrips. Lack of rainfall and dry weather favours the reproduction of this insect. The most effective control methods against the tea yellow thrips include: 1, Plucking on time. 2, Chemical control:sparying of 10% Alphamethrin emulsion (1:6000), 20% Fenvalerate (1:6000), 10% Cypermethrin emulsion (1:4000)and 25% Quinalphos emulsion (1:1000) or 40% Isocarbophos emulsion (1:1500) are very effective in the control of the larvae and adults, the population density was decreased 91—96.8%.
