| 摘 要： | 采用底播和单层浅水浮动式网箱，进行泥蚶亲贝室内蓄养试验，饵料前期以单胞藻为主，后期以玉米淀粉和蛋黄为主，经过３个月蓄养，泥蚶自然成熟，自行产卵，成活率和孵化率均在８０％以上，试验证明泥蚶从非繁殖季节开始进行蓄养保熟是可行的。

| Abstract: | The parental bloody clam was cultured indoor by means of bottom sowing and floating single layer net cage in the shallow water. In the former period the parental bloody clam fed mainly on the single cell algae and in the later period fed mainly on maize powder and egg yolk. After culturing three months the bloody clam naturally matured and spawned by itself. The incubation rate and the larval survival rate both were above 80%. The study result proved: it is feasible for the bloody clam to culture for accelerating maturity in the nonbreeding season. |
