某车型机舱散热器框架刚度不足问题优化设计

摘    要:针对某新款车型机舱散热器框架所存在的刚度不足问题,进行其相应的前期借用车型的实车刚度测试,将结果对比新车型机舱散热器框架通过CAE有限元方法进行模态分析。根据新车型机舱散热器框架模态分析刚度结果进行结构优化设计,再进行新结构的CAE模态分析,测试机舱散热器框架刚度前后的变化。结果表明,根据CAE模态分析结果进行相应原因的机舱散热器框架的结构设计,可以适当地提高机舱散热器框架的刚度。这说明借用老车型实车分析,结合设计阶段零件的CAE分析,进而优化设计各零件的结构是一种有效的、重要的设计方法。

Abstract:The actual stiffness of carry-over vehicle is tested to overcome inadequate stiffness of radiator frame of engine room on a specific new vehicle. The results are compared with the radiator frame of engine room on new vehicle and then a modal analysis is conducted by CAE. An optimized structure design is performed on the basis of modal analysis results of radiator frame of engine room on new vehicle. Moreover, the CAE modal analysis of new structure is conducted again and the different stiffness change of radiator frame of engine room is accordingly tested. The results show that new structure design can significantly improve the radiator frame stiffness of engine room. This indicates that it is an effective and important design method to optimize each component structure by analyzing old vehicles in combination with component CAE analysis at the design stage.
