| 摘 要： | 2005年9月浙江省开始推广应用农民信箱,开化县积极落实措施,宣传推广应用农民信箱。一是规范注册农民信箱用户,建立县、乡、村级联络体系;二是强化服务,扩大影响;三是重点培训,以点带面;四是强化考核,确保目标完成。应用农民信箱发布信息,提供每日一助等服务,提高了农业信息化应用水平。

| Abstract: | In September 2005,the application farmer mailbox was promoted in Zhejiang province and in Kaihua concrete measures were actively taken.The measures to promote the application of farmer mailbox include a standard chartered farmer mailbox users to establish contact system between county,town and village;to strengthen the service,and expand the influence;train on the key area;strengthen the examination,and ensure finish the aims.By the complete application of farmer mailbox release information,and providing services such as a daily help,the agricultural information technology application level was enhanced. |
