| Abstract: | Aimed at the behindhand practice of journals management in some academic libraries,the necessity and feasibility of lending the back issues were elaborated.Taking the success’s practice in haibin library of Guangdong Ocean University as example,it was proved that the only way to improve the utilization rate of journals and realize the value of journals was lending the back issues. |
