酚类物质对葡萄遗传转化效率的影响

摘    要: 利用携带质粒pBI1301 (含有GUS 和NPTII) 的根癌农杆菌转化葡萄胚性愈伤组织, 对比5 种酚类物质对遗传转化效率的影响。结果表明: 阿魏酸与乙酰丁香酮相比, GUS 点数无显著差异, 最佳浓度为150 mg/L。芥子酸和丁香酸的效果也显著高于不添加酚类物质的对照。

Abstract:In order to find out more efficient and cheaper phenolic compounds insteading of 3,5 dimetho xy 4 hydro xyaceto phenone(AS) to improve efficiency of Agrobacterium mediated transformation into grape,this research utilized Agrobacterium strain LBA4404 carrying pBI1301 with GUS and NPT II to transfer embryogenic callus of grape.The results showed that,compared with AS,trans ferulic acid was better than AS,with the best concentration of 150mg/L; 4 Hydroxy 3, 5 dimethoxy benzoesaure and erucic acid also had a significant efficiency of genetic transformation than control II(phenolic compound free).
