| 摘 要： | 分析了图书馆文化的内涵、特性与功能,论述了人文关怀在图书馆文化中的表现特征及图书馆文化与人文关怀的关系等.认为人文关怀是图书馆文化的核心精神,图书馆应很好地利用人文关怀,积极倡导"以人为本",实行人性化的管理理念,只有这样,才能提升图书馆的核心竞争力.

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the library and cultural connotations,features and functions,humane care discussed in library cultural characteristics and the performance of library culture and the relationship between the humanistic concerns.That humanistic concern is the core spirit of a culture of the Library,a library should be good use of humanistic care,actively promote "people-oriented",a humane management concept,only in this way can the upgrading of the library's core competitiveness. |
