盐生和中生环境中宁枸杞叶显微和超微结构的研究

摘    要:对中生环境和盐生环境生长的中宁枸杞(Lyciumbarbarum)叶进行了显微和超微结构的研究。结果表明:盐生环境生长的中宁枸杞叶叶绿体变化较多,叶绿体富含淀粉粒,而中生环境生长的中宁枸杞叶,叶绿体内外膜和类囊体正常,数量丰富,叶绿体中淀粉粒很少,细胞内细胞器丰富。通过对其叶进行的差异显著性检验结果表明,盐生环境生长的中宁枸杞叶片显著增厚,上下角质层显著地变薄,上表皮细胞变化不显著,栅栏细胞变化不显著,但栅栏组织层显著加厚,海绵组织层变化不显著。

Abstract:The leaves of Lycium barbarum from salt and mesophytic habitats were examined for determining the characteristics of their microscopic structure and ultrastructure. It was observed that the chloroplasts in the plant from a salt habitat presented themselves with large variations among them and contained a large number of starch grains, while those in the leaves from a mesophytic habitat were relatively normal in their number, structure and the number of starch grains and organelles contained. A significance test for the variation among leaves showed that the leaf from the salt habitat was significantly thicker, with thinner cuticles on both sides of the leaf and thicker palisade tissue within it, while there were no significant differences observed between the leaves from the two types of habitat for upper epidermal cells, palisade cells and spongy tissue.
