小亚璃眼蜱的鉴定及其生物学特性研究

摘    要:经过一循环的饲蜱试验观察和形态学鉴定:蜱种为小亚璃眼蜱,在22-28℃,60%-85%相对湿度下室内人工饲养,证明该种蜱为三宿主蜱,完成一代需要138d,成蜱吸血期、产卵前期、产卵期分别为8.5,10.5,27.5d;卵孵化期为31.5d,孵化率为80%;幼虫吸血前期、吸血期、蜕化期分别为3.0,5.5,18.5d;若虫吸血前期、吸血期、蜕化期分别为4,10,19d;成蜱在4℃冰箱、室外模拟鼠洞保种试验成活率为80%。小亚璃眼蜱完全可以在实验室条件下大量繁殖和4℃冰箱保存。

Abstract:In this paper, through the identification and experimental observation of tick-feeding a cycle,it testified that ticks species are Hyalornrna anatolicurn anatolicurn, under at 22-28 ℃, 60%-85% relative humidity, by laboratory artificial tick-feeding on the rabbit body, demonstrated the tick as three host ticks, and 138 d need completing one generation, 8.5 d adult ticks blood-sucking period, 10.5 d pre-spawning period,27.5 d spawning period,31.5 d eggs incubation period,and hatching rate are 80% respectively. The larvae are 3 d pre-blood-sucking period,5.5 d blood-sucking period,and 18.5 d exuviation period respec-tively. The nymph are 4 d pre-blood-sucking period,10 d blood-sucking period,and 19 d exuviation period respectively. This study suggested that Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum can be reproduced under labo-ratory conditions and also can be preserved at 4℃ refrigerator.
