| 摘 要： | 试验以腹泻仔猪肠道为试验材料,对其肠道内容物进行细菌学检查及分离,对从肠道内容物分离得到的优势菌进行形态特征、生化特性和16S r DNA分子鉴定,判定为大肠杆菌。此菌株对供试的小白鼠有致病性,测其LD50为1.26×107 CFU/只。菌株对供试的氧氟沙星等敏感;对庆大霉素等中度敏感;对林可霉素等耐药。推断此菌株是导致仔猪腹泻致死的主要病原菌。利用病死猪肠道制作自家苗,给产前母猪注射,其后代仔猪腹泻率大幅降低。研究弄清了四川某猪场仔猪腹泻的原因,减少了猪场的经济损失,也为仔猪大肠杆菌病的预防和治疗提供了一定参考,为临床早期合理用药提供一定借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the diarrhea piglets intestine as experimental material.The strain of the predominant bacte-ria from diarrhea piglets intestine were examined and isolated.The biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA gene detection was conducted, the strain was isolated and identified as Escherichia Coli. The strain of bacteria had pathogenicity to mice, measuring its LD50, 1.26 ＆#215;107 CFU/each. The antibiotic sensitivity test revealed that the strain was sensitive to Ofloxacin et al, moderate sensitive to Gentamicin et al, and resistant to Lincomycin et al. The strain of Escherichia Coli might be the primary bacterial pathogen leading to disease of pig.Make use of the dead pig intestines to make their own seedlings, shoot the prenatal sows, their offspring diarrhea piglets rate is reduced greatly.This research is mainly focused on prevention and treatment of the bacterial disease and rational using drug in the clinical in the early to provide references for pig. |
