| 摘 要： | 试验采用PCR-SSCP方法检测五龙鹅催乳素基因(PRL)内含子2上的SNP位点,并分析其与产蛋性状的相关性.研究表明,五龙鹅PRL基因由于内含子2的第38和39位点上GA碱基的插入/缺失产生3种基因型CC、CD、DD;CC型、CD型、DD型的开产日龄、开产蛋重、平均蛋重之间差异不显著(P＞0.05),CD型、DD型的产蛋数要显著高于CC型(P＜0.05).研究表明,该突变位点对五龙鹅的产蛋量起着重要作用,可以为五龙鹅产蛋性状的分子标记辅助选择提供一定的依据.

| Abstract: | Polymorphisms in prolactin(PRL) gene intron 2 of Wulong goose were analyzed by PCR-SSCP and the relationship between PRL gene and egg production traits was analyzed.The results showed that there was a mutation in intron 2 of PRL gene(GA insertion/deletion at the site of 38 and 39 nucleotides),which resulted in 3 genotypes(CC,CD,DD);there were no significant differences in the age at first egg,weight at first egg and average egg size(P>0.05),and the egg production of CC genotype and CD genotype was significa... |
