| 摘 要： | 多效唑是一种植物生长调节剂,其开发与研制是国家重大攻关项目.多效唑主要是通过影响作物的内源激素水平、矿质元素的吸收和积累以及与抗性有关的酶活性等途径起到生长调节作用的.环境因子、基质组成及施用方法等对多效唑的作用效果均有不同程度的影响.多效唑在花卉上可用于控制徒长、促进生根、调节花期、切花保鲜和提高抗性等,并提出多效唑实际应用所需解决的问题.

| Abstract: | Paclobutrazol,whose exploration and manufacture is national crucial program,is a kind of plant growth regulator.Through the influence on the endogenous hormones,absorption and the accumulation of mineral nutrient and activity of enzyme in plants,it can control the growth of flowers.To different extent,the physiological and biochemical efficacy of paclobutrazol are influenced by the factors of environment,component of substrate and the using method.Now paclobutrazol is used widely in the production of flowers,including controlling excessive growth,accelerating germination of root,regulating the time of bloom,protecting the fresh of the cut flowers and improving the resistance.The problems appeared in its application on flowers are come up with in this paper. |
