摘    要:目的]研究模拟酸雨对地榆叶片的伤害作用。方法]以2年生的地榆植株为试验材料,用分析纯硫酸和硝酸配制模拟酸雨母液,并稀释成不同pH值的5种水溶液,对植物进行喷洒,24h后对叶片的各项生理指标进行测定与相关性分析。结果]pH值为2.0和3.5的模拟酸雨处理使叶片出现可见伤害;pH值为2.0、3.5和4.0的处理使叶片叶绿素含量减少.叶片汁液pH值降低:模拟酸雨的所有处理均使细胞膜透性增强,MDA含量上升,可溶性糖含量增加,POD活性上升,SOD活性下降。叶片pH值与电导率、MDA含量、POD活性均为极显著负相关,MDA和POD、POD和SOD之间存在极显著相关,叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关。结论]地榆叶片的生理活动对酸雨的反应较叶片可见伤害更为敏感。
