| 摘 要： | 目的]研究模拟酸雨对地榆叶片的伤害作用。方法]以2年生的地榆植株为试验材料，用分析纯硫酸和硝酸配制模拟酸雨母液，并稀释成不同pH值的5种水溶液，对植物进行喷洒，24h后对叶片的各项生理指标进行测定与相关性分析。结果]pH值为2．0和3．5的模拟酸雨处理使叶片出现可见伤害；pH值为2．0、3．5和4．0的处理使叶片叶绿素含量减少．叶片汁液pH值降低：模拟酸雨的所有处理均使细胞膜透性增强，MDA含量上升，可溶性糖含量增加，POD活性上升，SOD活性下降。叶片pH值与电导率、MDA含量、POD活性均为极显著负相关，MDA和POD、POD和SOD之间存在极显著相关，叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关。结论]地榆叶片的生理活动对酸雨的反应较叶片可见伤害更为敏感。
