摘    要:目的:确定壳聚糖对黄芩黄酮浸提液纯化的优化工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验设计考察壳聚糖添加量、料液温度和pH值对黄芩黄酮浸提液纯化效果。结论:壳聚糖对黄芩黄酮浸提液具有较好的纯化作用,最佳工艺条件为A3B2C2,即药液温度50℃、壳聚糖加入量为2%、pH值为5。

Abstract:Objective:The optimal purifying technology of flavonoids from crude extractives of Radix Scutellariae with chitosan was studied.Motheds: The orthogonal test was adopted to explore the purification effects of chitosan concention,temperature and pH value on flavonoids,protein,polysaccharide and optical density.Results:Chitosan has better purification effect on flavonoids from Radix Scutellariae,and the optimum technical parameters was A3B2C2,i.e.chitosan concentration was 2%,temperature was 50℃,and pH value was 5.0.
