轻型木结构建筑节能墙体稳态热工性能研究

摘    要:以正交试验设计改造常规轻型木结构墙体,探索不同内外保温材料、墙骨柱尺寸、覆面板类型与厚度等因素对墙体稳态热工性能的影响。结果表明,使用自制秸秆砖保温材料,夹心填充截面为38 mm×140 mm、相距400 mm的墙骨柱间隙,内外覆面板分别为11 mm厚定向秸秆板和石膏板时,墙体冬季、夏季传热系数分别为0.41、0.45 W/(m2?K),冬夏热惰性指标达到3.22,可实现保温、隔热性能的同步提升,节约建筑能耗的目的。

Study on Steady-State Thermal Performance of Energy-Saving Wall in Light-Frame Wood Construction

Abstract:The common light-frame wood structure wall was reformed in a laboratory. The influences of steady-state heat transfer were explored at various factors, including different insulation materials, wall stud size, and type and thickness of sheathing. The 400 mm-gap between studs was filled with lab-made straw brick as an insulation material and the sheathing panel was covered on both sides by oriented structural straw board (OSSB) and plasterboard. The heat transfer coefficient of the wall was measured at 0.41 W/(m2?K) and 0.45 W/(m2?K) in winter and summer respectively, and the thermal inertia index was 3.22. This research design can provide an energy-saving solution for the insulated light-frame wood wall construction for both winter and summer.
