| 摘 要： | 为了满足植物生理学实验课程教学改革的要求,以"C3和C4植物对盐胁迫生理反应的研究"为题目,进行了综合性实验项目的设计与实施。对实验目的、材料、方法、步骤做了详细介绍,对实验报告的撰写和教学时间安排提出了合理化建议。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the demands of teaching reform about the experiment courses of plant physiology,a themeStudy on the Response of C3 and C4 Plant to Salt Stresswas selected to design and implement the comprehensive experiment.The experimental purpose,material,methods and experimental procedure were introduced in detail in this paper.Some constructive suggestions on the experimental report writing and teaching schedule arrangement were also proposed. |
