家蚕病原白僵菌的核型分析

摘    要:用脉冲凝胶电泳中的等高压均匀电场 (counter clampedhomogeneouselectricfield,CHEF)凝胶电泳技术研究了家蚕病原白僵菌 (Beauveriabassiana)核型。家蚕病原白僵菌至少有 6条染色体 ,估算其大小在 2 .5~ 7.2Mbp之间 ,3种分离菌株的核型大小为 2 6.5~ 2 9.0Mbp。家蚕病原白僵菌核型在分离菌株间存在多型性。

Abstract:The karyotype of Beauveria bassiana ,a pathogenic fungus to silkworm, Bombyx mori were in vestigated by counter clamped homogeneous electric field(CHEF)gel electrophoresis technique of pulsed field gel electrophoresis. B.bassiana of silkworm had at least six chromosomes,whose sizes were ranged from 2.5 to 7.2 megabase pairs (Mbp)and total genome sizes of the three isolates were estimated to be in the range 26.5 to 29.0 Mbp.Significant differences in the size of each chromosome existed among the three isolates of B.bassiana of silkworm.
