| Abstract: | Dynamic changes of percentage of T lymphocytes, IL-2 induced activity and proliferation of T and B lymphocytes to concanavalin A (ConA) or phorble myristate acetate (PMA) in immune organs of 14-day-old chicks infected with Eimeria necatrix were studied using acid nonspecific alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE), cellular culture technique and MTT assay.
